I had the pleasure of working with Regina Blair with Pet Plan and she helped me so graciously on several of my claims as my little dachshund, Ricky, has Cushings Disease and other medical issues and he is always at the vets office or NC State University Veterinary School getting medical care. Having this insurance h helped make it possible for me to get the best medical care for my baby that I love just like my own child if I had one. I have had this coverage on him for 13 and a half years and I also had it on my other female dachshund, Lucy, that I regretfully lost 3 years ago at the age of 14 and a half, she too had many medical issues and I was able to give her excellent medical care because of this insurance coverage. I was looking at different insurances policies for my Cats. I got to petplan insurance and loved the live chat! I was able to speak with Mark and he was able to answer every question I had.

We have had Pet Plan for 7 years. As long as we have had our dogs. This past August was the first time we had to use the insurance. One of our dogs was attacked and had close to $5,000 in medical bills. Originally we had trouble logging into the website, but their IT department sorted it promptly and kept in touch with us. More importantly Jenny, and later Gina "Happiness Managers" did a great job of helping us. We were on vacation and did not receive notice that they needed additional information. When we returned we were worried that it would become a "hassle". However, we emailed Gina. She responded really quickly. Our vet then sent over the information on a Friday, and by the next Tuesday Gina confirmed that our reimbursement check was on the way! Excellent customer service and big thank you to Jenny and Gina as excellent Happiness Managers.

I've had both of my dogs insured through Petplan for the past 6 years (3 for my little one). I was alerted that my recent claim was held up while they waited for additional paperwork from my vet. I spoke to Mark Flaherty who was more than helpful; I had the missing records sent directly to him and he expedited the review and when it was completed, he let me know that that they would be mailing a check that day. I can't stress enough how comforting it is knowing that we have Petplan covering our girls - we are able to make decisions about their care based on what's best for them and not about what fits into the budget. This is the second time I've been helped by Mark and both times I've been impressed by his assistance.

We have had Petplan for several years now. You hope you don't ever need it but we have - for two Shelties both of which contracted cancer. Out experience has been awesome with the updated webpage, submissions via phone app, and speed of which we have been repaid. We can't thanks Petplan enough for being there when we needed them! It was a great choice for us.

This is my very first time submitting a claim to Petplan. I made an error and inserted the invoice number into my claim rather than invoice amount. I decided to try the chat help on Petplan. I am so glad I chose Pet Plan for my fur baby. They have been ever so accessible. The customer service is also outstanding. The last representative I spoke with, Stacey Johnson, was very helpful and outgoing.
