Petplan is the pet best insurance for your fur babies!!!! My wife and I have several dogs, including Lola, our precious 4 year old Yorkie. Recently, she became quite ill from an auto immune disease. One can imagine how sad we became to see our little bundle of joy go from running and barking in her yard to being immobile and unable to move. We took her to several doctors, and yes, the vet bills were quite expensive, nearly $8,500. But after all, Lola is family and our focus was making sure she got the best care. Needless to say, we found excellent doctors and Lola is on the road to recovery. Petplan reimbursed us nearly $8,000 so far for her care. Lola will be on medication the rest of her life, but my wife and I are grateful to Petplan for standing by us and enabling us to get the best treatment for our fur baby, Lola. Thank you Petplan!!!!! Katee was very helpful in helping us understand whether or not we were eligible for a claim on a recent incident involving our dog, Rosie! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made it very easy for us to understand!

Fantastic Service Pet plan is brilliant. I pay quite the fee every month to Petplan for my 6 labradors but I honestly cannot fault them at all, anytime I have needed to use them they have always paid out and never ever a problem with them. They make it stress-free so as we can concentrate on getting our animals better. I would recommend PETPLAN to every animal owner, peace of mind in the event of an emergency and let's be honest our furry friends are worth every penny. Great customer service, easy to deal with, polite and understanding staff and always available to advise and help you. Well done Petplan please stay as good and reliable as you have always been.
