Petplan is the best pet insurance coverage in the industry and their customer service is amazing. My dog was recently diagnosed with anxiety and a broken tooth; everything was covered at 90% minus my deductible, and Sara Konnecke helped to expedite all my claims so I was reimbursed within a week. Highly recommend!

I spent several months scrutinizing different pet insurance policies and finally selected pet plan and I am so glad that I did. They have more than paid for themselves in the time that I have been with them. That financial reimbursement is important of course, but also of equal importance is the way that they treat their customers. As an example, today I spoke with Sarah Konnecke one of their employees. She was so compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable about their products policies and services. I’ve come to expect this kind of service from pet plan and all of their agents every time I call, but today was extra special. She really went the extra mile to explain my policy details and really understood my love for my dog. I truly believe that this company is by animal lovers, for animal lovers. They get it.

My golden retriever, Whiskey, is aging faster than I'd like. Since I can't stop time I decided to look into purchasing pet insurance for her to help with any medical bills that will undoubtedly arise as she ages. I got the chance to speak with Katee at Petplan and was happy to learn of coverage options to help me as I take my golden girl into her golden years.

Great company and friendly staff. Never considered a policy until it was recommended by a friend. They've been a pleasure to deal with so far and I'll be continuing to do business with them in the future!! Thanks for the guidance, Katee!!!

We have two cats we are considering getting pet insurance for now that they are getting older. We spoke to Katee who was nice and explained the coverage well. We will be going with Petplan as they do not have age limits.

I've been a customer for over 2 years and Petplan has been excellent. Recently, I lost one of my dogs to cancer and Sara Konnecke handled all of my related claims. She was fantastic and made the process easy. If you're looking for pet insurance, I highly recommend Petplan. Thank you Sara and the Petplan team for supporting me in my time of need.
