I am not yet a pet owner but soon plan to find a female German Shepherd to add to the family. Katee helped me review their different plans and they seem like a no brainer for me. I’ll be going with them when the time comes.

I spoke with Katee about all of the different coverages offered. She was very professional and advised her opinions on the best options for coverage for my little guy

Our little Havanese has had a series of unexpected and serious medical problems over the years. Filing claims with Petplan is simple, they are handled promptly, and invariably reimbursed. Petplan insurance is the best investment I have ever made.

Best money I ever spent. My 5 year old Golden Retriever became extremely ill with anemia and required multiple hospitalizations. The medical bills were well into the tens of thousands and Petplan reimbursed everything for exactly the percentage amount I'd signed up for. No hassle, no questions asked.

It was wonderful to get the good news and for you to get my payments expedited for my claims due to my financial situation. I am so pleased with the service and can only prey my dog gets better. Thank you for your help. Without the insurance I would not be able to help my dog. I worked in insurance and your customer service is excellent. Kudos to Petplan!

Just off the phone speaking with Jordyn. I had a massive panic moment as my autopay and the payment method's receipt of this payment was off by a day. She is amazing, her voice filled with compassion and understanding. Jordyn reassured me of Petplans amazing coverage as well as the 30 days to complete the payment and an additonall 30 days before it would effect my pup's coverage! Thank you Pet plan for having great caring people on the other end of the phone :)
