I am so thankful for PetPlan! My dog has gone to the ICU and has had 4 surgeries on her legs since 2015. Without PetPlan, she may not have made it this far, and even if she did, her quality of life would be much lower. PetPlan's coverage is worth every penny! They've saved me THOUSANDS of $$. PetPlan has allowed me to provide the care for my pets that is best for them. And EVERY time I call with a question, their customer service representatives are patient, kind, and helpful - especially Jordyn S. I HIGHLY recommend PetPlan!

While I have had only a couple of needs to use Abby's insurance in the past, I was so impressed with the rapid and fair response I got to her claims. Enough so, that I renewed her insurance but had to go for a less expensive policy. BUT...I am highly pleased with what I have chosen. And I must say that the rep that served me (Sarah) was just about the nicest rep I have ever had to deal with on any business I have had to do by E-Mail or phone. Such a pleasure to work with her.

One buys insurance and hopes not to use it; But last month our beloved Luna, a 6-year-old Chihuahua, required two emergency surgeries, almost died but finally recovered and is with us. Thanks to the veterinarians and PETPLAN insurance coverage that is EXCELLENT, I pay almost $ 9000 dollars that we could not pay at that moment. My claims have been paid in a timely, fair fashion. If I call with a question, I get a real person (without waiting for a ridiculous amount of time and listening to horrible music) who is anxious to help me. I feel like Petplan loves animals as much as I do.
