I have had petplan, now fetch, for 4 years. I have 7 pet with them now and is a complete necessity for my family. There have been numerous issues and illnesses that have come up over the years. Without fetch, I would not be able to afford my pets. Customer service is always amazing and never any issues with them. Spoke with Stacey a few days ago to update some information and add on a new pet and she was so kind and sweet. Patient as well!

I would like to share my excellent personal experience with the amazing Petplan Pet Insurance/Fetch specifically for Georgia Somerick, Fetch | Member Experience Associate. Georgia, Thank you very much for your Empathy when Helen (Deaf & Blind Furbaby) was rushed to the Vet. because of her Ruptured Cranial Cruciate Ligament. Thank you for listening and showing your Sympathy of what I’ve been through that time. Thank you for being patient and Compassionate during the hardest time of my life, reassuring and praying for my Helen to feel better. Thank you for the prompt response and making sure my Claim was processed right away. Fetch, Thank you and I deeply appreciate all your help with the unexpected veterinary bills/emergency treatment previously and currently with Helen. You are a lifesaver financially and emotionally(Thanks Georgia). I would recommend Fetch Insurance in a heartbeat and paying for 2 Policies (monthly premium) for my 2 LongHaired Chihuahuas are worth the cost because of the financial peace of mind benefits that I’m getting. I have been with petplan for several years. My bank card has expired a few times and petplan was great about texting me and letting me know so Lady does not lose her coverage. When I call to make the change I have yet to have anyone be rude to me. They have all been great. I do have a question do you have higher coverage rates for little Lady? Thank you Lupe

Anne was very helpful and professional in helping us getting to administration to help us. I still need a further conversation with billing and wil contact soon.

My dog had an illness and a surgery all within 2 months, and having Petplan Insurance made it much easier to bear the cost of both. Very glad I have it!

The representative I spoke with ( Claudia) was super helpful and understanding. She went above and beyond to explain things and sent links as well. It made the experience a pleasure.

The last two representative I spoke to were so kind and empathetic. They knew how I felt and I almost felt tears in her voice. I am so happy that I have pet plan and the team to support me throughout in thisndifficult time. My cat just came back from the doors of death. She has had 3 blood transfusion and after spending so much money I was very stressed about how am I going to continue supporting her meds. The pet plan team helped me expedite everything and the support was way beyond personal. I am so glad I chose pet plan
