WOW Daniel really went above and beyond..at first I was so confused then he put it all together and clearly for me to understand my policy! Prior to his help I had another agent who was very rude,vague, and not informative. Thank you Daniel you rock!!! Great customer service goes a long way:)

I called Petplan on Friday with some questions regarding my account and spoke with a wonderful gentleman named Daniel. His service was amazing and he went the extra mile for sure. He was a 5 star kinda guy and a true pleasure to do business with.

I had trouble with Petplan in the past when sending my claims until I spoke with Toni and she was extremely helpful which gave me a positive experience for 2021. Only neg is that my premium for one of my dogs went up $100 after 3 yrs. so my 5 star rating is for my customer service representative- Toni. Ty
