Joseph Prater took a very frustrated customer and turned the situation into a positive review! I was trying to upload multiple claim documents and needed to upload more than 4. Neither the App nor the website were helpful. Even the automated phone system was useless! I called back and input incorrect information to get to "a human" and I received warm, caring, apologetic Joe who helped me instantly with all my needs for the current medical claim, as well as some friendly discussion about my dog. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee Daniel is. I am 77 years old and am disabled with an incurable disease. Most people are not very polite to older people. Daniel helped me with my policy for Collette Victoria to save me some money. You don’t know how much this means to me. I cried when I got off the phone. He is so kind and considerate. When I signed up in April, 2021, the confirmation documents were unable to be sent to me because of computer problems. They were to be provided within a month. When I did not get them, I called and spoke to Daniel who promptly provided them. I truly hope our experience in the future continues to be this good.
