Daniel was very helpful with all of my questions and getting me the documents I needed. He was also very empathetic in regards to my pets status. The only suggestion I would like to make is to go back to allowing us to access all of the forms via the app or the website. From an ease and convenience, this is much better.

I was going back and forth call for two weeks. Trying to get my claim settled. Then In 5 minutes he solved the problem.

My stress level was 10/10 when I called, and after speaking with Daniel, my stress level was reduced to a mere 1/10 (my baseline stress level)! this is a customer service review - not a company review. I was having trouble with my claim. I uploaded the documentation requested but for some reason they had no record of it. the customer service agent had me email the information to him and stayed on the phone with me until i loacted all of the notes on my computer and flash drives. The entire call took 20 plus minutes and i never felt hurried.

I spoke with Daniel griffin with questions regarding some open claims I had. He was polite, cordial and shown professionalism and eagerness to help me. I am very pleased to know that I can call and find outstanding customer service.

Angela was extremely helpful, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly for me. Despite some technical issues, I never felt rushed and we were able to resolve my questions. Thanks Angela!~

Had a major health problem with my puppy,Poppy. Ran up massive Vet bill. Thankfully she is now fine, and I am fine as Petplan paid the vets bills in full no quibble. Unlike the company my other dog was insured with who queried everything and cut as much as possible. Thank you Petpan
