Technicalities promptly resolved
Marta was very kind when she responded about an insignificant delay in production - first ever design being checked and approved, even though the issue was already resolved. Customer service is very responsive
Customer service is very responsive, and took care of my problem immediately and completely to my satisfaction. I've had only one problem with multiple orders. Very happy with my choice to use Gooten!
