It was very easy to set up the shop and integrate to Etsy. The site is not as user friendly as I'm used to, it took me a while to figure out how to do everything. Overall pretty good though.

Getting started with Gooten was confusing at first but their customer service responded to me very quickly and walked me through getting set up and connecting my etsy store. They were very helpful. I do find the image uploading onto the products to be a bit confusing but I think it just takes practice.

Quality items, helpful and prompt responses to customer service requests - they were very patient with me as a noob! Kept me in the game when I didn't feel patient with myself

Gooten has unique products. Price point is bit higher than others but the value is good. I wish they provide more mockup photos.
