Customer service was good, they reached out and refunded my $49 consult fee since that could not fill my Rx. I had assumed the money was gone, but GoodRX made the effort to reach out and solve this problem. I hope to try your service in the future. Thank you Well, be careful as they have a limited formulary I was told. Although I was able to pull up the drug I needed and was provided with a GoodRX coupon to get it at the local Walmart. When I talked with the NP, said for modafinil that "it is not on our list of approved medication here." Once you get that message, you're out the $49 consult fee. Was told good things from a friend about GoodRX, seems it didn't go well for me.

two things make the experience great with GOOD RX. FIRST it is nationally recognized. Second and most important to me and my family is the price of prescriptions is easier to get the medications we need but could not afford otherwise.

It was super easy to navigate the website. And even when I got to the pharmacy and my email wouldn’t work (couldn’t see the coupon), I just brought up the website and CVS processed it in a minute.
