Walgreens does not accept GoodRX for any type of "controlled substance" this includes sonata, Vicodin, adderall, Ambien, xanax, adavin, etc. The list is far & wide, you'll be better off finding a different pharmacy if you intend to use goodrx.

It wasn’t the fault of the customer service agent. The system would not allow me to log in to change my payment information and because agents are working from home they couldn’t take my card info.

The very first time I tried to use goodrx I was charged twice what the app showed I should have paid. Apparently the coupon vendor was "down." What does that mean? It means they lie on the app.

I tried to use a coupon for $15.61 at Publix. She said the price was incorrect on the coupon and the computer said $131.00. False advertising! She found a competitor prescription plan that offered it for $10.00!!!!! Don’t trust good rx coupons .

I had to change my pharmacy bcoz Walgreens in Pinellas Park FL does not honor Good RX Gold. They only accept GoodRX , not the upgrade gold. I ended up having to pay the regular price.. They do accept reg GoodRX tho, just not Gold! I wonder how many other pharmacy's don't take it!? It's the $5 a month upgrade card.

I typed my brand name medicine in the search bar. $9.00 at Walmart. Yea!! Had my prescription sent over. Then received a call from the pharmacist. Do you really want brand name? It's $800.00 for your prescription. $9.00 or $800.00 thats a big difference! So even though you write the brand name medicine, you get the price for generic. Don't use GoodRX I found NW Pharmacy to have good prices. You just have to wait for your meds to be mailed to you.

In the commercial it appears Good Rx gives you the lowest price on the phone app. No! It gives you the highest price. For that reason, its not recommended. The commercial makes you think they price match other pharmacies, while they did not. Instead, I would have had to drive 10 miles to save $5. I plan on removing the app from my phone. GRRRRR

I just used Good RX for the first time today. I downloaded their app on my cell phone. I typed in the name of the prescription I wanted to fill & sent my husband to Walgreens with the coupon. He was charged $27 more than the coupon had said. I called Good RX to find out what I had done wrong. I was sure I was at fault since I had never used them before. I was polite & informed the customer service agent that I had not used them before so was trying to find out what went wrong. He explained it, kind of. When I didn't understand where the pharmacy got the price they charged me & asked him about it he started talking to me like I was stupid & I was bothering him. I asked him not to talk to me in that manner & he started speaking a little less rudely but I thought he still acted like it was all my fault so how dare me question them. I told him that would be the last time I used their services. I'm sure they don't care, but if enough people don't like how they are talked to by him & stop using them , then they will care. No Good RX . I will be deleting their app from my phone.
