We have KrogerRx which is a GoodRx product. Scam! They NEVER give me the advertised price, they charge me the higher insurance price. They refuse to acknowledge complaints. DO NOT BUY. Edit: This site does not allow me to respond to the response from GoodRx except by editing my OP. After I cancelled my Kroger RX, ALL of my refills have declined in price by 33 percent. The response "call this number" is not acceptable. I have to torch them in a review to obtain that contact info? NO. That is a solid NO. That is NOT going to happen. I have complained repeatedly to Kroger Pharmacy, and they offered NO support contacts. This phone number is NOT on their site. Now I'm more irate.

Paid money for absolutely nothing no service no contact no prescriptions no help nothing. I have to file a dispute to get my money back.

This site is useless. As a medical provider myself, I do not recommend it. I am trying to get a refund, but the number they give you to call states to send an email. There is no email. The provider took 90 minutes with me, apparently taking multiple breaks between. She did not read any of my chat because she kept asking the same questions I had already answered. Finally, after statng what OTC med was NOT working, this is what she prescribed.......FRAUD

The doctor gave me a prescription for my condition but did not read my message obviously. Also the pharmacy I wanted refused to process it. I wound up going to the hospital for a crummy UTI. If you're sick go to the hospital. Don't use this s***.

So I have insurance but didn't want to go to doctors office ,I had gotten cold sores in my mouth clicked the cold sore option took pictures, paint 50 dollars answer questions then all o got was we can't help you with cold sores ....what a waste of money and time .

I recently received a prescription that included 3 pills that I am not privy to taking that had S5500 on them. I contacted GoodRX to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, down the food chain, I was contacted by a terrible vanilla cupcake. This despondent individual wanted me to contact a pharmacy that I have not had any direct communications with. In her messages, she used the phrase "as instructed" several times as if I were 5 years old. To further escalate matters, in her messages to me, she used exclamation punctuation several occasions as if she were yelling at me. Sorry, not sorry, but I will be more than happy to spend my hard-earned money elsewhere and simultaneously respected verbally and in writing.

This app clearly shows a significant discount at my pharmacy- pharmacy says they to told them tge app is wrong. Talked to GoodRx and they say tge app is wrong - if u advertise a price you should give the discount period. GoodRx told me to try to transfer my script - the app says the discounted price at many- but now i have to try other pharmacies one by one. If u advertise a price iou should honor it ! Furious

I have been trying to get my money back from Goodrx. I never finished my online registration ended up going to urgent care instead never talked or chatted with anyone. Called several numbers but they tell me it's a different part of Goodrx and cannot help.
