Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever seen or heard of! They took my money for an online “doctor visit” and medicine but NEVER responded otherwise. GoodRx billed my credit card for a doctors visit and the medicine, but they had absolutely “no record” on file for me! They made it quite clear when I was forced to call them they didn’t care about what I was going through whatsoever. So, I’m out of pocket for a “doctors office visit” and the cost of medicine I will never receive! Please beware!!!

GoodRx Care is their online medical services where you pay a certain price to be "interviewed" by an alleged doctor who will then send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. I say "alleged" doctor because pretty much all reputable doctors EXCEPT THIS ONE know the major medication that needs per-authorization before sending the prescription or the GoodRx coupon is as useless as Donald Trump trying to read any novel. GoodRX Care screwed up a prescription order which took about 7-1/2 hours of calls and 5 trips walking to the pharmacy over 7 days to finally get the prescription in hand. Their website and phone apps are utterly useless to use their message system because the box where you type is hidden, so if you type not looking at a keyboard, you would have typo city. They only want to communicate with patients via the website and not on the phone. I was able to do some research and found a customer care telephone number. The customer service reps are 33% stupid, 33% belligerent and 33% bitchy. They insisted my prescription was delayed because I ordered to the wrong pharmacy even after they were informed I captured a screen shot of the order being processed with the correct pharmacy on the order. They granted a refund for the "doctor" visit after I told them I was filing a chargeback for their services and deactivated my account. LIKE I WOULD EVER USE THEIR SERVICE EVER AGAIN.

I need a tracking number I paid 2 weeks ago 20 emails that say thanks for contacting us no tracking number I want my money back .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Try a different site. They are not helpful at all. First of all they will give you a rx.. but only 5 days worth of meds for your infection.. Not enough to fix your prob. You will end up going to the doctor amyways or spending more money on a different site. Even though I gave a detail health history and emailed them asking for extra meds. I got no help. I feel at least they could have given me a full dose of at least 7 days. TRY SOME ONE ELSE

Immediately cancelled my appointment. Still charged for services. Not worth the hassle.

I needed to get a tdap vaccine, so I visited GoodRX'S website to see if the Pharmacy and location had a valid coupon for tdap. It did. I printed off the coupon and took it to the pharmacy, easy breezy and thinking all was in order. The pharmacist said their system could/would not accept it and didn't know why it would not take the coupon. I called GoodRX to understand why their coupon was not accepted. I learned in the second call to GoodRX that one needs a "doctor's prescription" in order for the coupon to be valid. WHAT???? GoodRX customer service said that the answer to having a "prescription" from one's doctor can be found in the Q&A section. You would think that that information would be up front before printing off a coupon, but in the Q&A? The two times I spoke with GoodRX customer service, they apologized up the ying yang, promise to send me a email where I could state my concern, and said there would be a survey at the end of the conversation. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED.....

I used to use them quite often but I just had the worst experience! RN responded to my pre-filled form questions with automated replies, never actually spoke to me, even after I told her I wanted a different medication than she recommended. It’s been 2 hours and no reply yet, just being completely ignored as my symptoms worsen and I can get a prescription.

The website below is sexist. I am a male that occasionally gets UTI's. This website only give antibiotics to women. Males are completely excluded.
