I payed my monthly 39.00 fee per usual even though I was unable to afford a refill of my Zepbound .5 mg injectable vial. However when I asked for a refill 3 weeks later they changed my prescription semaglutide 2.5 mg. I messaged back my request to resume .5 Zepbound and still waiting.

Communication and trying to actually talk to anyone is hit or miss. You never get the same person and there is a huge lack in follow up and trying to make anything right. Multiple times the wrong form of delivery was sent to the pharmacy and all they ever told me was it was right and the pharmacy received it. Pharmacy had no records of the correct form being sent and when they tried to reach out, no one ever responded and it’s been weeks! Canceled my membership after never getting a response besides we sent it.

Hard to get ahold of and medication doesn’t work. Also to cancel my prescription was a big hassle. Also, they won’t stop sending me emails even though I opted out

Good RX makes it impossible to cancel their $39/month subscription long after you’ve discontinued ordering the medication. BUYER BEWARE!

Told me I was ineligible becayof my age. Guess what only your body tells you when you’re done. How many women would suggest leaving you because their is a age factor to when you should stop having sex!

You know what? I was pretty happy with the service for 6 months, and I even tolerated the out-of-pocket cost because the assist in weight loss was really worth it. But I ran into a financial situation where I needed to really tighten my belt in July. So I contacted my medical team to ask them to bypass July and resume in August. Well the person who I was dealing with gave me a hard time, and then she canceled my prescription! I didn't realize she did that until I went to renew for August and found out I no longer had an account. To me. That is about the worst kind of customer service. Especially since we're talking about healthcare! Whoever you are, you should really be ashamed of yourself. I'm sure you've got your reasons, and I'm sure they help you sleep at night, but for me, you are not forgiven. And guess what? I'm still losing weight by maintaining the calorie count that I got accustomed to, so it's all good for me. But GoodRx you a definite check- in my book.
