Absolute waste of money and time. First of all, there is not a single person that will speak with you on the phone even if you are having an urgent issue. Messaging and waiting forever for a response is literally the only way to contact them. Not only that, my prescription was apparently written incorrectly and was called in by a California Nurse Practitioner when my pharmacy is in MI so my pharmacy refuses to fill it, and I cannot get in touch with Goodrx to resolve the issue. This is a total scam. I promise you it is way easier to just go to your doctor's office.

Terrible company. I should have come to trust pilot and read all the one star reviews before I wasted my time. Walmart referred me to GoodRx because they had coupons that would save me on Cialis medication . Walmart said they would write the script. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for referring patients to them for scripts because they simply just don't write scripts and come up with stupid reasons for not doing it. I went through a whole questionnaire that took about 45 minutes and uploaded two pictures . What a hassle. I've taken the medication before and had a script but ran out of it about 3 weeks ago. Walmart suggested to contact GoodRx because they had good prices and they could write a script on generic Viagra the same day. Well that's just not true...i'm in pretty good health condition but for some reason one of the conditions spooked them and at the end of the day they said that they do not feel comfortable in writing the script even though I had a copy of the older script .they didn't even want to even accept a picture of that. That just shows you that this is not willing to write a script. I questioned their medical doctor expertise and they probably just know they don't have the required expertise and therefore they don't want to write the scripts Walmart shouldn't be referring customers to them. So they are waste of time and they are a bunch of liars and they also charged me $28 which hopefully they will return to my credit card. The point is GoodRx is not a good company for getting a simple script. They also have 110 complaints with the better Business bureau and I'm actually going to make it 111 I have a bone to pick with the lead Walmart pharmacist or who referred me to them. He is not going to like my conversation with him. Once you lose credibility with me you are done

You don't even see a provider face to face. You don't talk or explain anything. Just fill out info. They have absolutely no idea what is going on with you. I was told to 'go see someone' for something as simple as a UTI. It is an absolute waste. Face to face should be mandatory. How do you have any idea who is on the other end and where they are? Use Rely MD or MD Live where you talk to a physician. You have a real conversation with an MD.

Horrible.My daughter tried getting a prescription through them.I put it on my Visa card.The pharmacy doesn’t accept them and they don’t tell you that your health insurance can’t be used in connecticut because they are in California.They charged me 19.99 for visit and 9.99 for gold plan.And can’t even pick up the medicine.I am trying to get a refund and when you call they say you have to message thru the account which we did with no reply.So now I have to go thru my bank to dispute the charges.So ridiculous and a scam

Total scam. They actually wanted me to take a picture of myself and my government I.D? Way too much info. I am actually taking the same meds from another provider but have not been happy with the service. Seriously not taking a picture of my license!!!!!

Was charged a $49 doctor visit when I've been using goodrx for years. I also have a gold card membership which is supposed to be cheaper. After all this they redirect me to pharmacies that I never used before. Needless to say I won't be using goodrx anymore.

More work than going to see a physician in person and the providers are unbelievably inept. Don't bother giving history, context, other medical conditions, as they will not read. Responses appear totally automated. Despite the NP Anita Vegas appearing to be a real NP (you can find her online), I've never seen someone so willing to prescribe medications for a wrong diagnosis (the result of her not having read the info I provided at the outset of the engagement).

WITHIN 5 MINTS THIS LADY TRIED TO PRESCIBE ME CYLINDYMICINE (ANTIBOTICS) WHICH I DONT NEED THEN SHE SAID YOU HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION AND NEED TO GO TO URGENT CARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IM 48 YEARS OLD WITH INSURACE I JUST COULDNT MAKE IT TO MY DERMETOLOGIST THIS WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY BASICALLY STOLE 50 BUCKS IN A MATTER OF 5 MINTS. SHE NEVER ENDED THE CHAT SO I KEPT TEXTING HELLO HELLO AND NOTHING JUST KNOW THIS IS A SCAM THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE... AND BESIDES IF I HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO ANYTHING I WOULD FOR SURE BE IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM NOT ON LINE GETTING SCAMMED BY GOOD RX...
