Run from this Telemed provider. They take your money and then don’t respond to your questions.

I was trying to get a prescription for Finasteride and the nurse told me I needed to be seen in person because I have ANXIETY. She immediately ended the session and left me talking to a wall. Now I have to wait hours if not days for someone to acknowledge the issue. I feel scammed. Look elsewhere if you can.

I have used this for quite a while and usually no problems until recently. I called in and the person was no help just told me to go online and idk if I’m even on the right site! Then app is not working as far as my rewards go and I wanted them to sure I get them because I go on every single day

Good RX prescribed me a medication with no follow up resulting in a serious allergic reaction causing thousands to fix and almost a hospital visit. Pics coming to social media soon. It’s the worst reaction multiple professional have seen.

Terrible customer service. Won't answer my Facebook Messenger messages. I've been trying for weeks to get a straight answer from them. I've talked to their customer service reps twice and got two different answers. Okay. I'm not asking anymore. I'm done. Walmart WILL NOT accept the "first time you use this coupon" discount. Why don't you do something about that??? Also, the prices for some drugs are between price ranges, i.e. $15.50-45.00. Hate it. How am I supposed to know what to pay for the drug? Walmart puts it in their system and I'm stuck paying for whatever price comes up. By then they already have the prescription in their system and I'm stuck using the Walmart/Goodrx price. I've been using a competitors coupon program because I'm not going to deal with guessing what price I get at the pharmacy. November 3, 2022... Optum RX and Rx Saver are cheaper and they have a dedicated price on the coupon, no scam, crossed out prices "first time use" garbage. Been using Optum Rx exclusively and they're great. 11/4/22 Response to GoodRx: No, I'm not calling you. I've called several times and also left Facebook Messenger messages and no one does anything about the ridiculous crossed out price on the coupons, and there is no legitimate reason given as to why the coupons are like that. I'm not wasting any more time with you so don't respond again.

How come there is not a no star option or a minus star option. Total scam

After filling out 10 steps of information and paid my visit fee, I was connected to a chat with a doctor. I have all my lab results and basically just need antibiotics for my UTI, which other websites can just give you in 5 minutes. The doctor told me he couldn't help me and that I should go meet someone in person, and that it's very negligent of me to not seek treatment earlier. So $40 later and an hour waste of my time plus more sass than actual advice and helpfulness, I'm back to going to an urgent care to get my UTI antibiotics. I was reading the reviews and someone also had the exact encounter with a UTI case, so it seems quite common here.
