We're sorry our annual membership didn’t work out for you, John. We are unable to issue a refund on your membership as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to when you signed up for a Gold Annual Plan. While we unable to provide a refund for this charge, you still retain access to all Gold benefits until Feb. 16, 2024. Please give us a call at 855-487-0694 if you have any further questions.

We understand your frustrations with GoodRx Care, Jackie! It can take up to 4 hours to receive a response during normal business hours, Mon-Fri 6AM - 7PM PST, and 8 hours outside of normal business hours. We were able to look you up in our system and can see that you refund is processing. Please note refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to complete depending upon your bank's processing times. We’re sorry to hear that your GoodRx Care experience was less than stellar. Sometimes our providers feel the best care you can receive is from an in-person provider. Additionally, our refill service is limited to certain prescriptions our providers are able to refill via telehealth.
