Had a uti and I told the nurse on chat exactly what medication works for me. Usually dr and nurses listen to the patient most times of what works(most cases). So the nurse insisted Macrobid which didnt work! Women! Don’t ever take this antibiotic if anyone prescribed you this. It causes more problems and never cures your uti. I thought I was gonna die In two days I immediately got chills had a fever, stomach aches, dizziness, nausea. Etc.. (yes I did have a meal first). Please go see a dr f2f cause this ain’t it! Still I had the uti (miserable)I did research afterwards (shame on me) on tik tok and a lot of other women felt like this too. Please stick to bactrium or cyprofloaxin. WARNING!

They have no customer support. Oh they take your money for a visit. But they prescribed a medicine that I cannot take and I told them that in the screening questions. But she prescribed it anyway and when I messaged back that I cannot take that. I have got no response in over 24 hours. Try to call the number was told the only way to get in contact with the care team was through the message. Thats pretty poor customer support.

This was a horrible experience! I purchased the Gold Membership telehealth service. They don’t have a dedicated number to get assistance. The message board is a joke. They eventually write back but never follow through with what they say they are going to do. I will never deal with them again. Please learn from my experience. This is a definite no go!

I was prescribed a medication I'm allergic to. Specified that & the nurse suggested another med. I responded with yes. That was 3 days ago & the only response I've received is from the "care" team stating someone will reach out soon. 9 hours after receiving that message, I'm writing this review. I've requested a refund 3x now - we'll see.

The online prescription and virtual visit platforms are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. When I was ready for my visit, I was sent a message that said wait times are usually “a few minutes long” then after waiting half an hour I followed a link to learn more about wait times. On a separate webpage the wait times are listed as an average of 4hours on weekdays. I waited the four hours and when I checked my messages again, a provider messaged me to ask if I was ready. I responded 25 minutes after that message was sent and never received a reply. There meeting format is not reasonable at all. Terrible service. I would recommend you seek services elsewhere.

Tried to get a hold of someone during business hours to fill my prescription and no one responded, still no response today and I need my prescription ASAP. Prescription is still valid for 3 months, I am not getting my money's worth on my telehealth visit if they are not allowing me to get my prescription.

Awful. They make you fill out all these forms. Then the doctors don’t look at them and prescribe you medication you are allergic to or that you’ve already clearly stated that doesn’t work. If you call in to speak to someone they tell you the only way to reach anyone is thru the message system but no one responds. It’s a total waste of money.

This is a fraudulent company. Wouldn’t issue a prescription for MONITORING SUPPLIES, that’s right, not even medication… for diabetes. So just to be clear for anyone reading these reviews, they would not issue a prescription for supplies. This is important because a Doctor doesn’t have to issue a prescription if they’re uncomfortable doing so, but this was for diabetes monitoring supplies, not medication. There is no risk or liability for the doctor to be concerned about. Thus, this company is a complete and utter sham. They will ask a series of questions take your money then run a chat bot to feed you BS for a bit only to say they can’t actually give you a prescription. They swindled me for my money and my time.
