Blindsided in CVS-
My PCP looks up mexitil 250mg $57 that I used 25 yrs. Not in Medicare or supp. Ins. Formulary. I am 100% Disabled Combat Vet. CVS WANTS $500 and finally settled after a WTFmoment @ $218. So my 1st experience GRx was a blindside. Felt like a fool. Thanks for that.

Your website won’t let me load my…
Your website won’t let me load my points for taking my daily meds. Every day I get a prompt to check in and I go to the site and it never loads. Was on a call for tech support on 8/26 and still no change . Very frustrating

For example, if you check in on the night of the 23rd, local time, and then attempt to check in on the morning of the 24th, local time, you will not receive additional check-in points. Surprise price increase
I printed out the pricing structure on 9/9/23. When I when to pickup the medication on 9/10/23, the price was about twice of what was on the coupon, i.e. the initial price of $24.61 - $27.11 had increased to $50.11. It doesn't seem right. I was very surprised and very unhappy.

After experiencing UTI symptoms that I have had most of my life I made the mistake to joining GoodRXcare. I filled out the endless questions, paid them the $$ to even join the Gold membership then was told by a nurse practitioner who never even spoke to me except in the message center that I need to be seen in an office. So basically I paid them $30 for nothing. This is exactly the same that happened a year ago with another of these teledoctors who clearly collect money for 30 seconds of messaging to tell you to go to a doctors office. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY UPDATE: I decided I was not going to stand for this a second time around so I called their corporate office and a very nice man, Rey, was very understanding and helpful. He arranged for a full refund of the $19.99 fee as well as the $9.99 monthly membership (that was suppose to be a 30 free trial). If I had not found on their website that they have a full refund if the consult results in nothing more than a referral to a in person visit it has a 100% refund I would not have known to call and get my refund

The GoodRx price for my prescription…
The GoodRx price for my prescription was twice the amount of my copay through my insurance. $1100/mo for GoodRx vs $550/mo through insurance. So much for saving money.

While GoodRx helps Americans save up to 80% off retail prices, our coupon prices are not always lower than insurance co-pays (though they sometimes are). We always encourage you to take advantage of the best price available to you, and in this case, it sounds like your insurance may be the better option.

No Covid Health categories and no response
I needed a timely COVID prescription over Labor Day weekend. GoodRX says to make sure that they handle what you want to see them about BEFORE scheduling an appointment. Why are there no healthcare categories for Covid 19? They have stupid categories like erectile dysfunction but nothing for something very important. I messaged them 4+ hours ago asking if this is covered and have had no response from them.
