GLP pricing was set regardless of dose, I was told. It went up every month as I tried new dosage.

I was using good Rx for my Zepbound injections - I got very very tired of having to go in every month before I got a refill and fill out my ENTIRE medical and surgical history and all medications! It was 15 min of time wasted - I have a long med and surg history and having to write them line by line every month was senseless! I had issues sometimes with the website where I also had to re-do them 2-3 times because it wasn’t working properly! I also couldn’t reach the providers easily and several times I added I needed something for nausea when asked online, and I left my pharmacy information also - but nothing was ever called in. I was also paying for this service every month and it wasn’t worth it! I am having my MD internist order it now for free!

I get my dog Milo’s apoquil there. At first it was 56.00 per month, great price! My next months prescription was 89.00? WHAT, it’s 92 at the vet! I contacted them and was told basically that was the price only for the first order, that’s rediculous. When I contacted them and complained, they offered me the rx at 72.00 per month, 2.54 per pill. I sadly agreed and now they are charging me 84 and change. The savings is really not worth the monthly hassle. They do not communicate well with each other either, one hand has no clue what the other is doing, and they couldn’t find their ass with two hands and a map. Save yourself the aggravation and buy it at the vet!

Update **I called the GoodRx help number, NOT the GoodRx CARE help line which was given in the GoodRx reply to my review. I must have been moved to the front of the line because I was contacted the next day by a provider. It was still a bit annoying because I had an unexpected video call through the GoodRx app that I missed. Again. I did not have any notification to expect a video call. Luckily I have as not at work and was able to connect with the provided the same afternoon. After a small miscommunication, I did receive my prescription, and my meds are being delivered today. So not a stress free process but it worked. I do wonder if I would have ever gotten anywhere without calling the help line. Original review—I signed up for GoodRx weight loss plan. They took their $39 immediately. It has been a week and I have not received any communication from a provider, only an auto response saying I will be contacted in a few hours. I have emailed asking when I can expect to be contacted and again asking for a refund. No response after over 24 hours. I don't know if they are just overwhelmed with requests or this is a complete scam. No one should sign up for this service at this time. I'm hoping I will be able to get a refund but I'm not hopeful.

While the GoodRx process with the Safeway Pharmacy has always been good the process for redeeming accumulated reward points is a nightmare. It is apparently administered by a 3rd party company called Tango. What should have taken less than 5 minutes took over an hour and I had to call back several times. Good Rx "Customer Service" (and they have a pretty much care less attitude telephone # is 855 268 2822 and Tango's Customer Service # is 877 558 2646 and is routed off-shore !!

Video check ins are not scheduled in advance and because i missed the check in call, the prescription was canceled. No advance notice provided and no coordination fie scheduling. Tried calling customer service which was useless. I was given another number, which I called, on hold for 8 mins and auto voice advised that customer service reps are available. Not a great experience.

Although GoodRx sounds like a program with intentions of saving the public money on medications and prescriptions, beware, because many pharmacy's do not even accept GoodRx. The $9.99 free Gold trial is not legit. They charge you and even if you cancel within 30 day free trial period they do NOT refund you. I called them and they still tried to not pay me back. I got the free 30 day Gold trial membership on 12/29/2025. Found out Walgreen's doesn't accept them and that's where I go to get my medication. On 1/2/2026 I cancelled my membership expecting to get a full refund of $9.99. They didn't issue a refund at all and even with a call they were still reluctant. I never even used or got any benefits from their bogus program! I had to go through my credit card company to get my full refund. How they probably operate is scam as many people as they can for $9.99 and see if they can get away with it. Shame on you GoodRx, do better or you will be called out. Tricking elderly people relying on medications at a discount and charging them $9.99 a month without providing a bonafide savings they can use is an outrage! After posting this review, GoodRx came back and honored the refund. That's the right way to do business. Thank you

First and foremost. If your looking to get your prescriptions without a doc visit and then pickup your scrips at a pharmacy. The effectively works. However what I found didn't work and frustrated me quite a bit is that my local pharmacy isn't accepted by Goodrx. So instead of 29$ I spent 71$ and the help line was honestly no real help. So I paid my 71$ and left. There are all kinds of things I could've done like have my scrip moved to an acceptable pharmacy. But as I live in the rural area it wasn't worth driving in to get it... what Good rx could and should do is make it impossible to select a pharmacy outside of there networking... not to difficult.
