They refuse to cancel my subscription for wegovy and allow me to delete my card information. Meanwhile I'm a good rx gold member.

Scheduled an appointment because I’m a new teacher and benefits don’t kick in until September 1. Wet Cough, headache, sore throat, body aches. I tested at home negative for Covid and flu. I requested a steroid pack and antibiotics after being diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. She gave me nothing. When I reached back out and asked again for antibiotics and steroid pack she told me to go to my PCP. So it was a waste of money and the last time I will use them.

I'm still waiting for a response from my last "visit". Having multiple practitioners for one visit is not a good idea.

Awful! I have tried canceling my subscription numerous times and everytime I receive an error stating that there was a problem with my request. I have had to dispute the charges with my bank three times now. Considering canceling my credit card because of this shady company that has done nothing to save me money!
