Prior to this, I'd have given GoodRx 5*. But, something has changed... coupon shows $35.02, I go to pharmacy and get "coupon did not work," and get charged by Hanneford Pharmacy, $52.50. That's 50% more. I did call GoodRx phone number and "too late, you already bought it." In the future I'll use pharmacychecker dot com and buy it for $29 from Canada

Called pharmacy that I chose to get the medication from and found out GoodRX never sent them the prescription. Seems shady to me. So now I look like a fool. And I paid for the gold membership too. Now they don’t even want to respond to my message about selecting a new pharmacy. What a scam I’ll be sure to call my bank and get a reversal on those charges!

After having a really positive and easy first experience, I used Good RX Care once more--it was ATROCIOUS. In pain with no response for days at a time. Doctor and customer service kept calling me by the wrong name. Was clear they were not reading the messages. Wouldn't provide any way to get ahold of customer care. Was so absolutely miserable. I cannot tell you the last time I had such an incredibly awful experience. I went from advertising them to absolutely loathing them.

In my opinion failed to provide me with what I paid for, then ignored all follow up questions that I had about being provided with a refund. I paid to use their online service to obtain a prescription for a medication that I use. Within 5 minutes they replied to my submission stating that they were unable to help me. I replied asking them if they provided a refund. No response from them. I followed up numerous times asking for a response, no response. A simple response was all that was necessary. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB due to them not following up with me after taking my money. They take your money, but when you question their service or ask for a refund you will be ignored.

The nurse practitioner was overly cautious and wouldn't respond to our pleas for further consideration. As far as I can tell, they just wanted the $39 and send is to another facility to pay even more for treatment. I consider this a scam.

Gold does not work and called few times and no one cares or tries to understand the issue . Waste of time

Safeway doesn’t give me the prices that I see online for Safeway. Last prescription only saved me $1 instead of $10. And the time before it was much worse.

If I could give ZERO starts, I would. I became a Gold member and started a visit to get a prescription. After 48 hours of wait, still no contact from a provider. In their replies here at Truspilot they tell people to send them a message through their care portal. Well, I send to dozens. No response for a full day. Then, eventually I would get someone to just say things like "a provider will contact you as soon as possible". I got emails saying my visit was complete when it never happened. I got emails saying I had new messages in the portal, when none arrived. A mess. Finally I got this message in my portal: "We apologize for the delay while we are waiting for a provider who is licensed in your state to assist you. If at any point you need to seek care elsewhere, please let us know and we can always cancel and refund your visit here". I am in Michigan, US. If they cannot find a provider in the whole state of Michigan, to simply give me a single call in 48 hours, why is GoodRx Care good for anyways? Oh, and if you call their number, they tell you the only options is... to send a message via portal! Which, I bet money, is what the GoodRx automatic response will suggest below this review. A scam.
