Good RX said that at Meijer I will pay $27 for my prescription. I got to the counter to pick up and the charge was $400!!!!! I left without the pills.

Nurse practitioner didn’t even take time to hear my concerns. asked me two vague questions and denied me medication for my symptoms. Then proceeded to tell me to go to an in person doctor for treatment. If I had insurance or the money to do that I would’ve done it months ago. I went with Goodrx cafe because it was super low-cost. Very disappointed. Will not consider them again.

CVS said your price was $38 but my coupon from you said it would cost a little less than $18!

Clicked to get started for UTI. Went through the whole spill. Charged me then a nurse (Christine Ellis) said I didn't match the profile. After scrolling through it I noticed I had my daughter on this profile with my email attached, 2020. The nurse quickly said she was canceling my chat and I would have to pay again. No service. Never answered back at any of my questions regarding this matter.I went back to the profile and there is an edit button to change the profile information however it directs you back to the previous chat(where nurse is not responding) called goodrx, she said she could reimburse but still sees chat open. And has no other contact for that entity GoodRxcare. Very unfortunate for someone looking to get care. Thought it was a good choice.

They say they do not accept prepaid debit cards but they accept Chime card. They don't even accept Disability bank card Direct Express anymore. It is discrimination to not accept Direct Express. It is BS.

EDIT TO REPLY: What the h*ll is a dang outreach. Why don’t you reply to ME. I have sent you 100 messages. This is the WORST service EVER. there is zero communication with the doctor. They gave me the wrong perscription an entire WEEK AGO, never replied to me when I said it was the wrong one, wasted my time while I was traveling which forced me to accept it because I had to fly somewhere in the morning. Surprise surprise it didnt work. They FINALLY messaged me back FIVE DAYS AGO saying that they forwarded my message to the care team and they will reply shortly. THEY DIDN'T EVER REPLY. They said today "We apologise for the wait but it's not a live chat and it can take time to reply" it takes 7 days??? Really?? I want a refund. This is awful service. Ive had the misfortune of being sick a lot and dealing with a lot of doctors, and NEVER have I encountered negligence to this degree when it comes to communicating with a medical professional. I literally even called them. They said they couldn't even tell me if a doctor was going to reply to me. They said they couldn't tell me if my case was still open. Now I have to spend money to go to a real doctor. Refund me.
