Good Rx are to be avoided at all costs. Do not get taken in by their advertised coupon rates (the Walgreens Pharmacist admitted to me that these are almost totally incorrect, and they don't have to honor the prices shown in these coupons as so many carve outs implemented) This company are a scam, you will waste money and your own time attempting to get the service you think you signed up for. They have zero customer service (no phone number, just BOTS answering asynchronously in a chat window repeating the same inaccurate guff) Clearly, they operate on the basis of breakage whereby enough gullible customers like me sign up believing their fraudulent advertised rates and they have zero concern about retaining anyone as they scam you out of your $49 for zero value. Avoid at all costs - these people are scam artists. As an update to this review - while Good Rx leave legitimate sounding responses its all hot air. I have been regularly conversing via their 'message center' and received zero help other than 'the pharmacy should honor the price" despite asking for a full refund. They repeatedly point you at these options and assert that the price is legit, leaving all the infuriating and time consuming follow up to you as the frustrated customer. I am very sure most people give up trying to get help, let alone go to the effort of posting a negative review.

Unfortunately, I had my money taken from Good Rx Care after scheduling a virtual appointment and never seeing a doctor. The call center told me there was nothing they could do on their end and recommended that I continue to message the provider in the same messaging center where I was not getting a response to begin with. They also told me there was nothing they could do to refund the charge. The entire thing was immensely stressful. I know nothing about their coupon service, but I highly suggest that you do not use them for telehealth in the case of needing a prescription quickly

I tried to use a coupon and when CVS tried to run it, Good RX declined it as invalid. What a waste of time

Rite Aid does not have the gold card price good rx shows on the good rx app.They are always quite a lot more than they tell you on the good rx app.Why continue with gold if it doesn't give the true cost.At this point I'm going to search other ways of how to save money on my prescriptions. The gold membership is 10.00 a month. I get 5 scripts a month. I'm not even saving that 10.00. I find that I would save more without having to pay for gold membership. Very disappointed. Something is wrong here, but I'm not quite sure what it is. Maybe good rx should check out the real prices before they put it on the app. Sorry but I paid around 34.00 for a script that said on good rx gold shows the price around 17.00 that's a big difference for people like me on a very small income.

They took my medication off their list of meds covered. This med can not be stopped on the spare on the spare of the minute. When I was expecting to pay $19 and they said $156 I couldn’t help but tear up. I’ve been trying to pay down my charge card but with needing 4 perscriptions I had no alternitive, $198.00.

Dollar amounts on the app are often 100.00 higher at the pharmacy, I'm not sure what I'm paying for with gold.

Just tried to use a one time offer on a particular medication at Walmart and it would not work. When I called the phone number listed at the bottom of the window on my phone, the lady said if I have used that medicine before either with Good RX or without Good RX the one time pricing offers would not work.. I said, "That figures, live and learn" That is a bunch of bunk!!!

I had a coupon code for a price of 19.99 I got a pop up from good rx to join the Gold plan free for 30 days and I could get the prescription for 10.99 so I joined I was told show this card to the pharmacy I did the cost was double to original price. I called Customer service to complain . I said that I was going to stop using good rx if this is what happens and go back to another discount program I was basically told yes you should canel your membership and go to another plan Is this the customer support good rx offers IF IT IS NOT VALID THEN WHY SEND ME A POPUP SAYING I CAN USE IT ? It appears you still plan to do nothing to resolve the issue FYI a pharmacy said to me when I said the gold plan is a paid plan said “ I would not pay for the GOLD plan because the price isn’t much of a difference from the free plan
