Very tricky company ask me for a review for a free gift at end of survey but then said I didn't qualify. It didn't specify what, or why what they were interest in. So, its B.S. Can trust someone says one thing does another....

I was paying for a GoldRX membership that no longer seems to link to a pharmacy or provide lower costs than individual coupons

I used GoodRx Care for acne. An NP was able to chat with me right away. However, there was no discussion about my problems or recommended treatment plan. I think she asked me two questions about medications, responded to my concerns with “ok,” and then immediately sent over some Rx’s. I immediately asked a question regarding a Rx I am currently using, but she had disappeared. I understand this is not a “live” chat, that they are there whenever they have time, but I assumed that once they were talking with me or sending me Rx’s that they would answer my questions, not just disappear without a word. It felt like I was talking to a robot who was just there to prescribe meds and nothing more. 8-10 business hours later, another NP replied in the chat, asking about what medication I was referring to. I had stated the medication in my question so I was frustrated that I was having to explain everything again to someone new. I gave up. This did not feel at all like what was described on their website. Maybe it’s a fine service if you just need a Rx refill or want meds dispensed without any other care, but I would not recommend this service.

The coupon for the medicine prescribed was a higher cost than the pharmacy price

After paying in advance for a family plan for a year in advance, my situation changed. I called to cancel my yearly membership (10 months remaining). No way, José!! They keep my money even though I used the service for 2 months. Shameful, rip-off. This was never revealed at the time I paid a year in advance. I loathe companies that rip you off!!! Never again!!!!🖕🖕 06/24/2024: GoodRx just contacted me about my review...... still a deceitful company; still loathe their practices. Still strongly recommend not playing their game!!! If I could give zero stars , I would. 💩🖕🖕

Good Rx "clinic"is useless. I had severe pain from a UTI after 10pm. I looked up online treatment and prescriptions and found Good Rx clinics. Good Rx promises online treatment and a prescription called in to my local pharmacy. What they did NOT DISCLOSE UNTIL AFTER I paid was that they were closed and would contact me between the hours of 8am and 6pm PST. I paid $28 for a prescription that won't be called in until 10 HOURS LATER if at all!!!! My doctor could have done this in the morning without paying anything for treatment. Good Rx should have stated from the beginning that THEY WERE CLOSED! If you have medical issues after hours, DO NOT CONTACT GOOD RX because they won't contact you until after 8am PST and this does NOT help anyone. Good Rx did not disclose that they were closed until AFTER I PAID and they took my money and I suffered all night. I will be contacting my bank in the morning and disputing this charge from Good Rx.

Submitted my symptoms for review, waited over an hour and half for a response. Just to be written off by the doctor without having a conversation with me and discussing my symptoms. I immediately responded and never received another response from the doctor. Extremely disappointed to spend the money to be written off like that.
