I wanted to decrease dosage customer care said they would make that change but I received HD 7.2 Wegovy instead. No one reached out to let me know that they could not change it back to 2.5 mg

There's a lot to like about the process, but I would appreciate a reminder about a renewal of a 6 month prescription before it is filled and charged automatically. I received notification only after the prescription was filled and on its way in the mail. Didn't even know it was on auto-renew. Other than that, the initial process to obtain the prescription was straightforward and it arrived quickly in the mail.

I don't feel any real guidance is provided. Just messages back and forth.

I generally like my experience with u guys, but last month when u tried to take money out for my monthly prescription I must have not had enough money in my account. When I realized this it was a day or 2 later , I then tried to go on your website to resubmit my payment so I can receive my medication on time , I was unable to find where on the site I can do this . So I missed an entire month worth of medicine untill the following month when u guys tried to take the money out again . I wish it was easier to have fixed this problem

I would like to be able to do three months at a time. Also, you are not on the same schedule as the pharmacy provider you use.

Questions were not addressed in a timely fashion.
