It's incredibly expensive, and you did not communicate that you needed something more from me. I had to contact support to see what was needed. I've gone through you guys before for the convenience despite how massively expensive you are without issue, but if I have to chase after you to get you to get you to tell me what you need from me, I would rather go to a dermatologist.

Good Rx does not disclose in advance all of the health conditions they are going to decide cause you to be ineligible for prescriptions for weight loss medications (far beyond, and unrelated to what any of the manufacturers of the medications say are exclusions, risks, cautions or concerns). You only find that out after you join and pay the nonrefundable membership fee. They also won't explain why those conditions might conceivably be a problem--it's just "GoodRx policy".

I am charged $39 a month and I can't figure out how to stop it.

The refill was about two weeks late.

I was seeing results with Wegovy oral. Started at 1.5mg, no results, went to 4mg, minor changes, went to 9mg, good results with zero side effects! So I started taking it a few days on, a few days off. My primary said “that’s fine” but when I tried to get a new prescription from GoodRx, they said I wasn’t taking it as directed and they had to start me back at 1.5mg (which was totally ineffective) I understand policy’s, but when I told the online nurse “my primary dr said this is fine”, she said something like “well you should get it through them then”, instead of professionally explaining the policy. Those words made me cancel. I will go elsewhere. Thanks!

Often get rejected to do certain dosage eventhough told them it's not work. They will assign lowest dosage from the beginning no matter what. Eventhough you been on the plan previously.

It was better when you wrote the script for the ED medication and I got it filled at my local pharmacy. Now you’re price gouging on the medication. How many stars do you think you deserve ? Three or four times more expensive for the consumer.

I fill out a form and every time I anticipate paying 250 for my prescription and every time they give a question and I end up paying nearly 500 it seems I have the wrong prescription plan for savings.
