This place is a rip off!!! I paid for the membership and a telehealth visit for a uti. First of all they only gave me 6 pills!! 3 days worth of antibiotics and ay only 250mg!! I've always gotten 14 pills for 7 days worth and at 500 mg from any other doctor out there. So all that's going to happen is this small amount of pills isn't going to treat my infection completely and then I'm going to become antibiotics resistant because they want to be cheap!!! Then I asked for one Diflucan pill to deal with some side effects from the first medicine, once again all my other doctors have always given me this medicine with the 1st one. Goodrx said I had to start a whole other appointment and pay AGAIN to get that medication, even though it directly relates to my first issue. That is absolutely asinine and robbery! They are just taking people's money, and I don't know about yall, but I work HARD for my money and it's definitely not ok to just be throwing it away to some greedy company. I'll be canceling my membership immediately and letting everyone know how bad this company is and to stay far away!!! Oh they also said id get $20 off my first telehealth visit if I got the membership, we'll I paid a total of $28 and only $9.99 was for the membership and the rest was for the visit. Visits are only $19 so where did I get $20 off??? No where. That's where. Again, rip off. Stay away!

Literally told the doctor that I’ve been experiencing hair loss for the last couple of months. Took pictures showing my hair and my temples. I haven’t seen any hair growth on my temples for months. The consultation took longer than 4 hours for someone to get back to me only for him to deny my prescription and say that I need to get evaluated in person. If I had the money to do that, I would’ve had it done already. He seems to believe that it’s too early for it to be considered male pattern baldness. The doctors and this company is a complete joke.

I see no benefit I never get a discount every time it’s “yes, that price is with good RX or price is better with your insurance!”

your pricing is all over the map. regular GoodRx has been less expensive than the Gold GoodRx that i pay for. what gives??

I was not able to setup a telehealth eventhough I paid for GoldRx and when I called twice their customer care service they were clueless on how their website works. I asked pertinent questions for my telehealth visit and they could not assist. I have cancelled once and for all my GoldRx and as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I found out that other providers charge more but are more knowledgeable and professional on getting what I call for. Dr+

They took my money asked for pictures I sent them, and then they never called me and said thank you for completing your appointment lol I have to fight to get my money back

Very disappointed in the poor level of service received from GoodRX Gold - I started my membership at 4pm and they immediately took my money, I sat and waited until 4:45pm and via chat (it said phone call would come but didn’t) a Pam Clay nurse practitioner from North Carolina came on asking for pictures of old prescription bottles as the one submitted didn’t have enough info for her.. I provided the pharmacy phone number and waited for her response she said she would call, now at 7pm I called GoodRX GOLD customer service and was told Pam Clay is offline so she went home I guess probably already working from home which is even worse and now i’m still waiting. I want a full refund and for Pam Clay to receive the proper training, coaching feedback and discipline for unprofessional conduct and she should be terminated if I were her boss because wasting my time is unacceptable. She was on the clock I wasn’t. I was paying. I would not recommend GoodRX Gold to anyone!!! ****** Response to GoodRX I was chatting directly with nurses who were corresponding in real time. I have the full transcript. They simply stopped responding and it’s unacceptable to excuse this behavior or accept a 4 hour wait while actually chatting with employees of GoodRX. To be clear I was not in a queue I was speaking to individuals who chose to stop helping & responding and then was told by customer service when I called that I would need to cancel and REPAY because the person I was speaking with went into unavailable.
