Physician unable to do simple math???
This is for GOODRX CARE, not the discount pharmacy so I hope this review goes there??? Love the company so when they came out with the care division I couldn't wait. As it happens, I needed a couple albuterol inhalers I use for COPD and have been using for 10+ years. Being stupidly naïve, I thought this would be an absolute breeze, as how hard should it be to get a stupid inhaler, right? I mean of all the possible drugs in the world that could be made available to somebody, I can't envision anything less menacing with less potential for abuse then a generic inhaler LOL. Well guess what, they REFUSED me!!!! I was blown away!!! The reason was so ridiculously absurd I cannot even imagine it still 6 months later, but were suspicious because according to whatever antiquated report they were looking at, while simultaneously being unable to use a first grader calculator, was told I was given too many and STILL either had 4 refills left or had filled and was doing too many cuz was exceeding the dosages per day anyway. So it seemed suspicious and I was deemed a person of interest that I was going through SO many??? LOL!!! Just freaking hysterical and one of the more hilarious things I have ever been told. My goodness, you would have thought I was trying to convince them to fill 500 Percocet for me! I'm going through too many...YEAH, I'm having a hard time breathing lately, silly me... And since the number of puffs are based on how often you would like to breathe... If their doctors don't have the ability to write something as simple as an inhaler script, they better just close down the business RIGHT NOW, this very moment because they will assuredly FAIL I absolutely assure you! In my case the solution was really simple. The doctor was unable to perform math as was calculating my dosages based on the minimum, completely forgot to calculate it on the maximum dosages! Next day when someone called to listen to my complaint and I spelled it out for them showing how I was not using too many but the person was using the wrong formula, it was talking to a brick wall. Begs to question why they bothered calling. I have no clue how long it's been since I called but I will guess 6 months. This place is a complete and utter joke and it shouldn't have surprised me they were unable to perform very complicated and complex mathematical algorithms line 4+4=??? Shouldn't surprise me as obviously these people did not graduate at the top of their class or they wouldn't be working there to begin with.
