Highly recommended and not recommended at all. I went through them and picked my pharmacy based on the price their website said it would be only to find out it was actually double at the pharmacy. I reached out to GoodRX, and they were basiscally like “tough luck” because our website isn’t always accurate. Haha! GFY!

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. STAY AWAY! I tried to receive treatment for DAYS and the so called nurse practitioners would take over 12 hours to respond if at all. For my condition I made very clear from the beginning which antibiotic medication was effective and which were not. It took several frustrating days of being prescribed wrong medication to be told outright they would not prescribe the antibiotic that would work for me. I am incredibly lucky I did not end up in the hospital because of their lack of transparency and completely useless communication

They took my money for a Gold membership, but their telehealth denied my request for the prescription refill that I signed-up for in the first place. I feel scammed.

I do NOT recommend using their telehealth service even if it is only $19!! It's a long wait and then there is no way to follow up with the NP or whoever you do video chat with IF you need to. Not only can you not follow up with the provider, you can't even get customer service to message you back...which is how they tell you to get in touch with them. They do not respond back in a timely manner at all and that's only IF they do respond at all!! It's just not worth it. It has been the absolute worst experience of my life!!! 0

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Delayed message responses. Then my prescription NEVER sent to the pharmacy. They quote 2-3 hours to resolve any issues but that’s not true! It took for me to call and be asked 10 million questions for the provider to FINALLY send the prescription. To top it off I had to change the pharmacy too! Never again!

Last night I payed for a video call with a doctor. I finally had someone message me and tell me that they were with a customer ahead of me and would be right with me. Nothing. It's now the next day and still haven't heard back from anyone. I want a complete refund. I'm done getting scammed online.

Part of a complaint to the BBB: I understand the explanation for the "special" coupon. However, the pharmacy rung up the medication on the day they received the medication. They indicated to me that it was available and I picked it up the next day with a price of $36.83 on the printout attached to the medication. I provided my credit card and the item would only ring up for more money. This is not an acceptable way to do business and is tantamount to "bait and switch". I do believe that I will continue to address this issue.
