If could leave zero stars i would. Waste of time had me speak with a nurse who isn't smart enough to be a Dr. 1 paid to talk to a DR. 2 wouldn't even listen to me like most nurses or nurse practitioners. I have had the exact same reaching infection over 12 yrs from my amputated leg. Yet tells me I need to be seen amber or by a Dr. Yea exactly why I came here to see a Dr. I know the exact antibiotic I'm prescribed the dose because same everytime. My Dr just retired still looking for a new one. Needless to say waste of time and money canceled membership right away.

Good RX is not the least expensive

In my first time trying GoodRx, a very competitive price was quoted for my prescription. To my surprise, the listed pharmacy (a large, national chain) stated they do not honor GoodRx for my specific meds, regardless of what is published on the GoodRx site. It is not clear who is driving the misinformation in my case, but it is misleading to promote a several hundred dollar discount for a specific drug/manufacturer/pharmacy that is flatly denied by the policy of the pharmacy. Thankfully, I did not download the app based on this false pretense.

Good RX Gold price was higher than my insurance, so I didn’t use it. I’m considering giving up the monthly Gold service as I have spent more on the $120 fee than I’ve received in benefits.

Used to be a great service but now you have to jump through a bunch of difficult convoluted hoops to get it delivered to your home. The customer service agent I spoke with agreed and said she wished that GoodRX hadn't changed the way they do home delivery. I will be using a competitor from here on out because they make it easy, the way it used to be through GoodRX. Goodbye...

GoodRX offers a "price lock" when you pay money monthly and secure a "Gold Membership". GoodRX promises that the "price lock" price is guaranted for a year. They promise to compensate Gold card holders for any increase in prices the the member is required to pay to secure their medicine... Simply... not true! After 15 days and ten phone calls they have continually pushed the solution down the road. They promise return calls that never occur. They set deadlines for a response that are never fulfilled. A complete fail...a scam.

I tried to use a coupon today for my prescription. I gave the pharmacy all of the numbers on the coupon. The price on the coupon was $12.38, and when the numbers were put into the system (3 times) the price kept coming up as 47 and change. The coupon that the pharmacy used for Good Rx was cheaper than what I was given. It was $40. Why give a coupon for $12.38 when it won't work right at the pharmacy?

I was really excited that I could get a prescription as I travel a lot and my regular doctor is not in the US. GoodRx sent my first prescription to a nearby pharmacy within a matter of two hours which was awesome. However when I called the pharmacy, they said they don't have the prescription and don't even work with GoodRx. I wrote back to them trying to change the pharmacy, which they processed again quite quickly, but then did not answer the second pharmacy's questions for two full days, despite me calling GoodRx support line and messaging. Three days later, the pharmacy's questions on the prescription were still not answered, and I had to travel, so I never ended up receiving my prescription. I will be requesting a refund. Overall very frustrating and the messaging system is difficult to use seemingly on purpose.
