I cant give you zero stars which is a letdown because that's what you deserve. I went to all the trouble to call my dentist and have him call in toothpaste that is 17 dollars at my pharmacy the Walgreen's across the street the coupon said it was for 9 dollars. I wasted my time they wouldn't take the damned coupon and said they were never any good. So I stood there looking like a fool who couldn't afford 22 dollars for damned toothpaste. Shame of it is i transferred another prescription to Walmart for a coupon I now know will never work.

wasn't actually a virtual visit but a chat box. Didn't ask any questions to understand my issue but denied me because I said I have frequent lightheadedness due to another condition. If the doctor would have asked more questions they would realize I have all the UTI symptoms and a home test saying I had UTI but denied saying I needed to be seen in person because I shouldn't be lightheaded

NO ONE needs this "Service" This provided a valuable service in 1990. It has not kept up with the times. There are other services that will do everything good rx does AND deliver your medications . You get a 7 day free trial period. After which they automatically start billing you each and every month at the full rate. Be sure to CANCEL within the 7 day free period. And note they will do everything to NOT cooperate. They do not NEED to know why. They do not need to spend several minutes reading a disclaimer. All they need is to CANCEL the subscription. VERY unnecessarily complicated series of hoops to get a cancellation.

Coupon was useless. Coupon price wasn't honored less than 24 hours from when the coupon was provided. Called them and they said that prices change constantly, even within a day. This makes the coupon you get totally meaningless.

We pay monthly for this service. When we needed them, we went all the way through the intake form, paid the $19 and then we were sent to a messaging service and all it did was circle us back to the intake form for another $19. No help. I'm very disappointed in GoodRx. Don't use this service. Go elsewhere if you want to really be treated.

I requested treatment for a simple yeast infection. I am a grown woman who has had enough of them to know what it is, what treatment I need to treat it, etc. I provided basic information before my visit (GoodRx Gold) and one of the questions was when was the start of your last period and could you possibly be pregnant. My last period was 01/01/25 and I am irregular. No possibility of pregnancy as I have not had sex in months. The provider, Lisa Tomlin, reviewed and asked me to take a pregnancy test because I could possibly be late it is 01/31/25 and to reply with WRITTEN RESLUTS. I told her ok, test is negative. I guess because I responded ‘too’ quickly she did not believe me and then requested a picture of my test to be uploaded. I do not have a working camera on my device so I asked her why additional proof was needed. Her response was there could be potential harm to the fetus. THERE IS NO FETUS. I TOLD HER THAT. I asked her did she not believe me? Because the initial request was for written results and I provided that. She cancelled my visit because I didn’t just agree with her refusing me treatment after I had already paid for the visit. Horrible provider, horrible service. And now have to wait 5-10 days for my money back. Oh and also still in pain because the yeast infection I sought to be treated for WAS NOT. Cancelled my Gold membership and will not be returning as a customer or recommending due to this horrible experience.

Never actually sent my prescription into the pharmacy. Had to call back and jump through hoops and be transferred multiple times to finally get assistance that just said someone would call me back. I never received a call. The prescription discount card advertised and offered for a specific pharmacy was not accepted at the pharmacy as they don’t honor goodrx. But again it was advertised for this specific pharmacy by goodrx

Say by the phone for 2 hours waiting for the video call. Turns out the NP cancelled the visit 20 minutes after the start without communicating ANYTHING to me. I had to call support to find out that they thought I should be seen in person. I could have done it if I didn’t wait for 2 hours. Now it’s late and I can’t go anywhere because have a kid at home. Thanks team, nice job caring for me today.
