Very poor experience. Was initially quoted lower prices for my meds and could not understand why the prices changed. Despite canceling the Gold membership, I was repeatedly billed for it. Called customer service and was hung up on while on hold. Called back and the unapologetic rep coldly explained that their system didn't catch the cancellation. Brutal all around. A company dealing with pharmaceuticals behaves like this? Update: The company's response to this review followed two $9.95 refunds to my account. The next day, I was charged $9.95. It is unsettling to have a company relentlessly hitting my account, even after multiple requests to stop AND a representative telling the public that it's all resolved. I looked into escalating this to the California State Board of Pharmacy, but it doesn't cover billing.
