It was a Saturday and my coupon wouldn't work at the pharmacy, so i called Good RX, honestly not expecting anyone to answer. But Angel did answer, was VERY helpful, walked the pharmacy through everything and called me back to let me know the coupon went through, saving me lots of $$

I upgraded my Good Rx account just before I walked into the pharmacy. I went to the counter gave my info and showed the cashier my Gold member card she couldn't get their system to accept the information. I called the customer support line they took all of my information verified it was all correct in the Good Rx system and while I was standing there customer support called the pharmacist and fixed the problem right then with no hassle and promptly called me back to verify everything was Ok . The most surprising I'm still on my 30 day free trial and was treated as if I had been a paying customer for years.
