Ordered medications. Charged my card immediately. No confirmation email. No tracking. That was three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive them. STAY ... AWAY!

I needed meds for a UTI, got cultured and a list of meds that could be used for the exact uti. All Goodrx 3rd party wanted to do is give me Nitro or Bactrim (bactrim was not on the list from Labcorp). When i had an issue, there was nobody else to complain to. For some reason these companies only want to give Nitro or Bactrim as if they are the Mcdonalds french fries of tge pharmacy world. Nitro can be bad for the kidney and I read that Bactrim can cause autoimmune hepatitis. At the very least they could have prescribed ammoxicillIn but they wouldnt.

12/31/25 I REFUSE to edit my review. Good RX has not acknowledged the hours I was available and waited for a response on their message center. After my review, I was informed they would look into my concerns about my hours of waiting for a response via their message center. When i received the 2nd reply, i found they did not even read my concerns or mention the many hours i spent waiting for a response. Their service was a total waste of money as my treatment plan has abruptly ended after I paid their fee and the $199 for medication.

This was a nightmare experience. I waited an hour to be seen. I was very sick and I was pretty sure I had the flu because a friend I spent time with was diagnosed with it. I thought it would be easy to get tamiflu because that's what he got. I was running a fever for 2 days then the cough started. I had chills and headache. I asked for the tamiflu and the doctor said no. She was very hard to understand because of her thick accent and I felt like she didn't understand me fully. She prescribed Montelukast, I had never heard of this. It is an allergy medication. I told her that I think it's what than that and she told me to wait till day 10 to come back if I want feeling better I was so upset. I had to wait to till morning to go to an in person doctor. I don't have insurance and I was hoping that goodrx would be able to fix me up for a small fee instead of paying $180 at MD NOW. I went to mdnow and swabbed my nose and I had the flu. Tamiflu only works if you catch it early, I was at day 3. She wanted me to wait till day 10! WHAT A JOKE. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE USE THIS SERVICE. "I also didn't use the goodrx prescription discount because Publix had an in-house discount plan that is better and saved me more money.

Said and claimed you can seek diagnosis and prescription for anxiety and depression through them. After creating account and giving all my personal information they said they do not provide those services!! Liars and stole all my personal information

TV ads do not provide specific prices or information and are to entertain so we don't think about what they aren't saying. I don't buy from companies that treat us as idiots.

The company should let it be known that you aren’t guaranteed to have a strictly virtual visit. If I have to go to the pharmacy to get a test strip and report back, I may as well go to prompt care or minute clinic. I read treatment from the comfort of your home and see reviews of successful treatment but it was a waste of time for me. I answered several questions and check off the boxes for what I was asked! Started and canceled my membership. I don’t recommend!!!

Very cheap dog meds. However...you pay in frustration and all the hair you will pull out. It takes an OBSCENE amount of time for them to get a competent staff member to pull prescription approvals from vets. EVERY single time, my vet has faxed AND emailed the approval. Yet GoodRX somehow doesn't see it and after about a week or two of my dog being without meds, I have to call to ask them to call the vet...which takes another day or two. This time (fifth circus show of this mess), I stood in the vet office as they faxed and emailed the approval in. Good RX still claims they have nothing. So I said CALL THEM. They called, placed the vet on hold so long until it finally just disconnected. I am done after this. It is not worth the absolutely absurd headache! ** FOLLOW UP** In response to the response: No thank you. I have tried over and over for months. I placed the order with Chewy and the approval process was a matter of 20 minutes and the meds will be here in four days (longer than their free two day delivery due to holidays). Thank you anyway. I hope you this issue can be addressed for other customers.
