I called with a price question between regular GoodRx and the Gold. I had a brief choice selection and then a live person that was very easy to understand, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Everything was taken care of very quickly but I never felt rushed. I ended up calling back for a different matter and again I got a very pleasant live person and everything settled to my satisfaction. There were no digital assistants, robots, or stuff to wade through and waste time, they went directly to a live person. They deserve 5+ stars.

Good RX is a life saver and not just for their prescription discounts. My Godsend rep Yeseniya advised of a manufacturer discount that we didn't know about when two insulin medications were still too much for us to buy my husband's insulin through good RX discounts. Because of her he now has his insulin his insurance doesn't cover and which for diabetics is a life necessity. Literally life or death. We are eternally grateful!!! Thank you and all the best!!

The customer service agent was kind and efficient. She listened and told me step by step what would be happening and how she would be solving my issue. She returned my call sooner than she advised she would and resolved my issue.

For some time now I have been using GoodRx for most of my prescriptions because their prices are better than what my health insurance offers. I upgraded to the Gold GoodRx program and am saving even more money. The monthly charge pays for itself very quickly. Also, I have spoken to their customer service a few times and they have been VERY helpful. All of my situations were solved right away. If you aren’t using GoodRx yet you should. You won’t be disappointed.

I was very angry with the Good Rx site. I needed help and called their customer service number. OMG!!! I spoke with a wonderful and very knowledgeable customer service representative names Marisol G.. She was kind and listened...helped me work through my problem until it was resolved satisfactorily. She did NOT make me feel ignorant and I will shout it from the mountain top...THANK YOU Marisol G. and GOOD RX for caring and listening to their customers.

I really recommend GoodRx to everybody. I’ve been spreading the word to customers that are paying a lot of money for their prescriptions. Some people never heard about GoodRx but when I tell them they be thanking me. Their customer service are awesome they go beyond to help you out as they had done for me. Thank you
