I had an issue using my new card, called customer service, and received courteous, prompt, skillful service. She even called my Pharmacy, straighten things out and called me back with the results and got me a refund of my overpayment.

Some were less than my copay for my insurance. I upgraded to the Gold card for $9.99 for a family and saved even more money. I would very much recommend the GoodRX card. Really nothing to lose to upgrade to the Gold. They give you a Free month.

GoodRx is amazing. We have insurance, but they don't cover a lot of things and even when they do it's crazy expensive. GoodRx has been a lifesaver and has saved us a lot of money. We use it for 3 different prescriptions. Super easy! Bonus is their customer service!! Had a conflict between the price on their website and what the pharmacy told us it was. Called GoodRx and they called the pharmacy and took care of it for me!! WOW!! Amazing!!!

I was in line at pharmacy and they were trying to charge me more for the prescription than what was quoted on the GoodRx web site and app. I called the number on my gold card and everything was taken care of right there.

I am a medical provider and I love GoodRx. The brand is well recognized. The service is free and easy to use. This company assist people who may have lost their insurance be able to afford their medications thus avoiding possible hospital admissions, worsening of their current health status or even death.
