Having trouble getting my pharmacy to get the lower price so I reached out to Good RX and spoke with Samantha who contacted my pharmacy and cleared up the confusion giving me a great price. She then worked on helping me so I might have a better experience next time. She was so helpful and patient! I can’t thank them enough for helping keep my prescriptions affordable.

my husband was prescribe a prescription that wasn't covered thru his insurance, lately nothing is being covered. I had seen this ad prior to finding out that he was going to have to pay for his medication needed for his condition. I decieded to take the trail. I am so happy I took the chance. WE had to pay out of pocket for his medication that was going to cost over $160.00 for the month supply. With Good Rx they provide a list of stores near you that honor Good Rx . I just applied for it today and recieved our ID# information until our card arrives. I had to call customer service to correct information so i can use our discount. Made the call, got answered and helped in a short time. I was a happy camper. . WAIT it gets better.... the cost for my husband Rx $160.00 went down to 70% . WHAT.. no way... $49.50 Thanks to Good Rx, TODAY was A GOOD Day. Good Rx is good for the people, to help us get our RX without worried about being able to afford it when we need it.. THANK YOU SO MUCH GOOD RX you are the best friend ever.

it was an enjoyable experience and well worth the time talking with the telephone representative. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed talking with him on learning about GoodRx.

I had trouble downloading the app and had A very expensive new prescription. I have united healthcare and medicare. I spoke to Mary who was very pleasant and helpful. She sent me a coupon for the medicine I needed. I will save approximately $90 per month on a prescription i will need for life. I called back and talked with Alexis and asked for a survey. Also very helpful. GREAT service!

Customer service is great and you save a lot of money with RX Gold. They even help you transfer your perscriptions
