Y’all are doing great work saving folks, like myself, deal with the price of prescription medications. My experience on the telephone with Autumn was quite pleasant. Kudos to her. Great attitude. Two things, though: first, the GoodRx Gold needs to work on educating Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs how to get into the Gold program for updated prices for gold members and, second, an app for gold members.

I used my Good RX gold card today for the first time and instead of me paying $450.00 out of pocket for 9 of my meditations, I paid $111.00 for them. I almost cried. Their customer service department is amazing if your pharmacy has trouble processing your card. Thank you so much GoodRx.

I love GoodRX. It helps me save a lot of money on my prescriptions. They also have coupons to help you save to, but you have to call a couple of days ahead before you pick up your prescription, so that; you can get the coupon. The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I downloaded the GoodRx application on my cell phone. I also signed up for the Gold subscription. This Gold card had only a few pharmacies on the list. The pharmacy that I use was not on the special list. I called GoodRx, the representative helped me by getting the best price for my prescription. Turned out that I only need a coupon and didn't have to sign up for the Gold card.

I've always been given the exact price shown on their website and the commercials are 100% correct in how it works. I decided to try Gold membership and was happy to see i could get even more of a discount. Just be aware there are only certain pharmacies who are part of the Gold program, but you can call customer service to get locations near you. Customer service is very polite and knowledgeable. Sometimes GoodRX is even cheaper than what you would pay with insurance, so always check here first! Highly recommend

Good RX has very good pricing, typically cheaper then most insurance companies as well as excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I had a great customer service experience with Good RX. I was at Costco to get my prescriptions and as usual, I showed them my good RX card but the clerk was not finding me; I called Good RX and they took care of everything for me! My agent spoke to the clerk and in 2 minutes, I had my prescriptions and I saved a ton of money!! Kudos Good RX!!!!!

Used Gold Good RX - (saved 30 USD) - lost my credit card and had to cancel it - waiting for a new card - Miguel extended my payment for 1 month - Miguel is polite, helpful & knowledgeable. THUMBS UP!!!!!
