I called because the date of birth appeared as 'not registered' on my account. Once I placed the call and your agent updated the info, I had to get back in line to purchase the medicine. The agent was very patient waiting with me to make sure I'd get the savings. Sure enough, I saved over $60. Thank you!

Customer service is excellent so are the deep discounts. I won't use my prescription drug insurance plan anymore.

The representative was very knowledgeable about my prescriptions and what I wanted.

I went last week to the COSTCO pharmacy in Glen Mills, PA to pick up 3 different refills of my prescriptions. When I showed my coupons from GoodRX the pharmacy assistant took them to the back of the pharmacy. After a while she returned and told me they will not accept any of the coupons because they could not make any make any profits this way. I had to pay the full price, because I needed the refills. I called GoodRX from home and informed the representative what happened to me at COSTCO. I talked to a very friendly lady who was interested in my story. She called the pharmacist herself and received the same reply that I did and will report this to GOODRX headquarters for resolution.

Quite a good experience with GoodRx I was able to save over $300 on one of my prescriptions.
