Good RX was very helpful in a stressful situation I lost my job and medical insurance i needed my heart medicine without good rx i would not have been able to get it. The CSR was very kind and helpful she reached out to the pharmacy and resolved everything

I called GoodRx to get clarification on a coupon and the representative informed me that I could get the medication that I normally pay $24 for 3 a month supply for $0 and at a closer location than the one I'd planned to visit. Free and nearby: Truly helpful info during this pandemic!

I contacted Good RX regarding price quoted for a prescription from my local CVS. Alexia assisted me in finding a different local pharmacy that has the same medicine for a $35 savings. She also initiated the transfer of the prescription to the new pharmacy. Excellent customer service!

GoodRx, not only has great options for everyday people - with or without insurance - but has amazing people there. I had a prescription that was rejected. I called and my rep helped me understand why so I could work with my Dr. to get it right, but she also gave me great information, was caring and understanding. Sometimes you just need someone to listen to to your issue. They did just that and then solved the issue. Thank you!
