Dealing with drug plans covered by insurance has been stressful. I thought I would try GoodRx and I am now a big fan. Not only is the amount I pay for prescriptions lower, but I called customer service today with a question and had an extremely positive experience. A young man handled my call and was knowledgeable, professional and easy to understand. Excellent!!!

Using the app is very easy. And when I needed assistance they quickly assisted me with my prescriptions. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The representative was very understanding of my situation and helped me find a pharmacy to help me get my expensive Rx for less $!!!

My Daughter has been telling me about Good RX for yrs. now. Well, when I couldn’t afford my husbands prescription, and Medicare didn’t cover it, I was at a loss..... I have been using Goos RX for about 2 years! It is significantly cheaper than using my Medicare D prescription plan. I just signed up for the free trial of Goid RX GOLD! We will see if it is worth it. I do use my Medicare D for my maintenance meds but Good RX at Kroger for immediate needs! I would and have highly recommended GOOD RX!!!

Thank You, Tony from GoodRX!! I was having trouble with my pharmacy getting my perscriptions at a low price. I called GoodRX and Tony helped me find the lowest price. He explained how I would beable to find the lowest amount on my perscriptions myself. But he never stopped helping me. Even when our phone call was dropped. He called me right back. Customer service went way beyond my expectations to try and get me the best prices on my prescription needs, spending a lot of time helping me decide whether or not the Gold plan would be helpful for me. This kind of care is rare these days.
