Quick, accuate, informed - just the way it should be

This was the second time that I had to reach out to GoodRX customer service and found their people to be responsive to my issues with a knowledgeable and professional manner. I have used their services for a couple of years and found that although I have RX insurance I am able to pay less for all our generic meds without using my insurance.

The customer support for GoodRx was superb! The lady helped transfer my prescription to a cheaper pharmacy. Furthermore, she was very knowledgeable about the process. It was very compassionate support.

I was very impressed with the agent's patients and concern in helping me get a resolution to my problem 😅

I contacted GoodRx Help Line to get assistance for a Family account. They have changed their system so that individual logins are no longer needed - a good thing, but not clear on their web site. The gal that helped was excellent and I understood everything. I just wish their Web Site Developers would get on the ball and fix this.

Good Rx is excellent it really helps save on my prescriptions as I have no insurance. The customer service are very professional and courteous and I appreciate that. Thank you so much!!!!

I recently tried GoodRX and could not find the medication I needed on the website, I called the company and was Very Impressed by the professional assistance I received, Not only did the representative find the medication I needed but he went over and above to find the best resource in my area to obtain it at the most reasonable price, then emailed the savings coupon directly to me so that I could efficently obtain it at the best price in my area.
