There was some confusion on my pharmacy’s part in the transferring of my scrip from one to another & it was taking much longer than it should have. Upon double checking with Good RX, they were kind enough to re-send the order to assure there would be no further delay and, as an added bonus, credited me with two months of free Gold RX on my account!!! (P.S. My script was ready & waiting @ the new pharmacy within 30 minutes!)

One way is, Good Rx has an easily accessible second to none customer support phone line staffed by a very knowledgeable and a very courteous customer service staff. Good Rx's customer support staff members are always very willing to answer any questions regarding GoodRx services, or help to resolve any problems customers may have with using Good Rx discount prescription drug coupons. No attempt I made to explain this to the pharmacist was working for me. So, I called the good RX customer service number and spoke with a good RX customer service member. They immediately understood exactly what was transpiring with the pharmacist when I explained to them the problem I was having. The Good Rx customer service member told me that they would call the pharmacy on my behalf and attempt to resolve the problem for me. Within a few minutes Good Rx had called my pharmacy and resolved the matter. Soon after I was able pick up my prescription using my GoodRx discount drug coupon and be on my way. My wife is physician assistant. Recently many health insurance providers have stopped paying for many kinds of prescription drugs that they easily paid for in the past. This presents a real economic hardship for most of the low-income patients that my wife's practice serves. My wife tells her patients caught in this situation about Good Rx discount prescription drug coupons.

I decided to give the gold plan a try since you received a free trial. Everything was great until I tried to use the card. The pharmacy refused to honor the program despite them being listed as a cooperating pharmacy. I paid the full price and called good rx. Customer service rep was great she was kind and tried to get a refund from the pharmacy for me and called each pharmacy and give them my info to ensure no further issues. A month goes by and again pharmacy not wanting to honor the membership. I called good rx again and the customer service representative today was great. She was friendly explained what could have happened and called and worked with the pharmacy to resolve the issue. She even verified the price and if my medication was ready. They truly have phenomenal customer service.
