Terrible service. It may be cheap but if you need any assistance then you should find another source. All communication is via their asynchronous Chat. You never get the same person and they do not read the thread so you have to start the conversation over. It takes 24 hours between communications with no progress. They ask you to upload photos but the chat does not allow. After three weeks of back and forth I have finally given up. The value is just not there!

This is a horrible company! I needed cough medicine on Friday. I filled out the medical questionaire and provided my id. I was told that the medical provider would review my file and respond shortly. 24 hours later and GoodRx continues to ignore me despite repeated attempts to get in touch with them. I demanded a refund and have disputed the charge on my card. GoodRx is absolutely the worst!!

I upgraded to gold card since our drug plan had changed for the worse. Drug was supposed to be $36.36 for a 90 day supply instead of $114.00. They offered to pay them online to ease the pickup, so I did. When my husband went to pick it up, they said they don’t accept payments from good rx and the coupon they sent did not match my birthdate. My husband had to pay the full $114, as support was already closed or not answering. It took days for them to respond to my email. They said they would be happy to refund the $36.36, but too bad I was out an extra $77.34, even though they admitted they’d made an error on the coupon and put someone else’s information on it. Just a glitch, they said. Yes, a glitch on their part that cost me an extra $77. They are refusing to pay for their error. To add insult to injury, when I looked up the price on SingleCare, the drug was less than $30, with no “gold card” price of $19.99 a month! They are refusing to pay for their error.

No pharmacy will take the good RX app. I have called every single one. It says it will save you a lot of money but nobody takes it

A clinician has to reach out and do a zoom visit before prescribing Wegovy pills. My one month supply runs out this week. I have tried contacting them for 9 days now and their only response is they are busy and I am in the queue. The clinician reached out once and said are you ready for your visit? This only works if you are staring at your phone. I saw the message 20 minutes later and he was gone and never responded again. They advertise a clinician will get back to you within two hours. Never happened, it’s been several days. Very disappointed and will be looking for another provider. Very poor service. Update: I called the number below to discuss the issues. Held for 10 mins then they said they would have clinician call me which I have heard so many times before. They sent me a video link, I was on the video link for 30 minutes waiting on the clinician to join me. Never did. I left the video and the clinician sent me a message saying let them know when I can talk!! So frustrating because I was available, I followed their link and wasted another 30 minutes with this unprofessional company. Also you never get to visit with someone that isn’t foreign and hard to understand. I regret that I gave them so much personal information!

I made an appointment with GoodRx as I currently do not have a primary care doctor. I spoke to a NP out of California that refused to refill my inhaler prescription unless I paid them an additional $50 because that "wasn't what the appointment was for". The whole point of the appointment was to have my inhaler and BP meds refilled and she absolutely refused to refill my inhaler. I guess she doesn't know asthma can be life threatening. I also had to take a picture of my inhaler prior to the appointment so for her to insinuate that it was not important and did not need to be refilled is outrageous. She also informed me that my previous PCP was a bad doctor and did not practice good medicine because my PCP does things differently than the way she would. News flash you're not a DOCTOR. Save your money and take your business to a REAL doctor.

I paid for a consult and filled everything out last night for a refill of escitalopram. A whole business day passes (24 hours) and I've been completely ghosted. I used the messaging portal and nothing, ignored. I used the email for support and get asked my info and then ignored. Finally tonight I ended up calling and the nice ladies voided my payment. Telehealth is for people who want the easy type of care done quickly. Otherwise we would go to urgent care. Goodrx used to be quick and good years ago. Now only the call center people do any real work. Not even going to get refunded for the gold membership that I signed up for just to do this one consultation. Just do Amazon medical care. They are quick and you actually get what you pay for.
