I had a GoodRX coupon for a very low price on an expensive prescription. When I came to pick up, however, the price the pharmacy was asking - even with the coupon - was about three times what the coupon called for. I contacted a GoodRX rep and she immediately tried to negotiate with the pharmacy but to no avail. She then found me another local pharmacy which agreed to honor a GoodRX coupon for an even lower price on the prescription than the previous coupon. When I arrived for pickup the new pharmacy was expecting me, the item was ready, and for the coupon price. The GoodRX rep couldn't have done a better job. Thanks!

I called to adjust my payment date to match when I receive my social security. Not only was this readily accomplished with almost no wait time, but the agent for Good Rx arranged an extension of my trial period. Great service delivered in a timely manner!

I’ve been using a particular asthma med for over 15 years, the cost continuing to rise each year. Last year my co-pay for the name brand drug was $134 for a 90-day supply; this year it is $333 for a 30-day supply, and my insurance doesn’t cover the generic form. I refused to pay the $333 and turned to GoodRx. The generic form is works exactly like the name brand for much less $$$. Thank you, GoodRx 😊

GoldRx and GoodRx are a true blessing!! I have a rare chronic pain condition that is terminal. Some of my prescriptions are so expensive that I wouldn’t be able to get them if I didn’t have the help of these two wonderful discount cards. I am not sure how they do it but, they are awesome. May God continue to bless them and us! In addition, the two discount program are especially useful if you’re on Medicare. I checked the price for my eye drops on the Good RX Gold plan(the planI have) so I get a text my prescription is ready and is approximately $17. I go to the window to advise the pharmacist of the price on my plan was $6. I called the 855number spoke with Jacoby. Who asked a simple question: how many as to why the cost was more but still a great savings. Thanxz

I called customer service to transfer my prescriptions to a place closer to home, and Jacoby was extremely helpful and courteous. It was so nice to talk to a human being!! He was able to help me in a matter of minutes for what I thought was going to be a lengthy, painful process!! Thumbs up for my experience so far!
