The young lady assisting took time to assess my situation and my concern regarding interpreting price information. She politely guided and instructed me as to where to look to get clarification regarding price info on the prescription in question. This led to the resolution of the concern! She then offered to apologize for any confusion and then she offered to bonus me a refund for a month’s worth of subscription service! This was a surprise, but it engendered my trust and my loyalty to Good Rx after all who would wish to leave after this kind of support!!! May I suggest keeping this young lady by keeping her happy, because she keeps her customers happy!!! If possible please use our interaction for training purposes as an example for her peers and new representatives to emulate!!! My thanks to this young lady for outstanding customer service!!!
