I had questions about the GOODRX Gold trial membership. As I thought I had a valid membership already, I called to verify. The representative I spoke with assured me I had a GOODRX Gold membership. I highly recommend GOODRX, especially when I've encountered a problem with certain prescription medications.

My agent with GoodRx was Kyle. He was AMAZING. So knowledgeable about the plan. Very helpful with getting my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. His energy was sooooo positive and it was a pleasure speaking to him.

I had a prescription at a national chain for $176.00 and decided to check out Good RX. I received help from a very friendly lady. She found a coupon for $20. Do the math, the saving was huge. Thanks Good RX!

I've recently enrolled in Medicare and a drug plan. Having used GoodRx sparingly in the past, I was surprised to find phenomenal savings versus the drug plan, and even greater savings with GoodRx Gold. Today I signed up for the gold family plan which was simple to do online, adding my wife as an additional member. The issue I had was how could my wife access the plan. I called and was patiently guided by the rep who helped me sign into the plan with my email address on my wife's phone, and then pull up the Gold Cards. Both presented and we could easily swipe back and forth from mine to hers and vice versa. This is so easy to do and the savings on my current prescription?a whopping 77%. Just phenomenal

Nothing but good experiences with this company

The pharmacy was unable to find my GoodRx gold account. So I called the 800 number included in my good rx gold and Joseph was very very helpful. He explained to me that they had to have the person code so I will know in the future to give that to them that even if they don't ask at the pharmacy. Then he called the pharmacy to get everything straightened out. And even called me back to make sure I knew it was all good to go. Thank you Joseph and GoodRx gold 😀

I've had many client/associate calls in my day and must say that today's experience with an associate named GEORGE ranks up there as one of, if not THE BEST. Not only was he polite, professional, helpful beyond expectations, but actually caring. So refreshing!
